You can now use Setary with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor to make bulk product changes in plain English. Tell your AI assistant what you want to update, and it creates the changes as a draft in Setary.

Your AI tool never gets access to your WooCommerce or Shopify store. Instead, it sends the proposed changes to Setary, where you can review every row in the spreadsheet before deciding whether to save them.

This makes it easier to update hundreds of products at once while keeping you in control. Nothing is sent to your live store until you’ve checked the draft and approved the changes yourself.

Setary’s MCP server is available now for a more natural, reviewable way to manage large-scale product edits.

You can now save unfinished spreadsheet edits as a draft and return to them whenever you’re ready. Make changes across products, posts, or pages, save the draft, and pick up exactly where you left off without updating your live site.

Drafts also make repeatable jobs easier. Save a set of edits as a draft, then reopen it whenever you need to apply the same task again, instead of rebuilding the selection and changes from scratch.

Open Drafts, click View, and your edits reappear in the spreadsheet ready to review, refine, or publish. Save Changes still sends updates live; Clear Changes lets you move on while keeping the draft safely stored. Delete a draft when it’s no longer needed.

This is the first step toward more flexible, reviewable ways to manage large-scale changes in Setary.

A long-awaited feature for taxonomies in Setary. Too many times a mistyped category name or the wrong hierarchy slipped through. There’s now a dropdown helper for categories, brands, and tags: search, tick terms in the tree, and create a new one if nothing matches. The cell UI stays the same, paths like Clothing > Accessories | Music still save the way they always have.

We've also released support for WooCommerce 11.1.0 product variation image gallery.

Setary now bulk edits any WordPress post type, not just WooCommerce products. You can edit posts, pages, custom post types, tags and taxonomies from the same spreadsheet view.

Another small feature we've released, you can now using the arrows added to each image within the images pop-up.

We've now split out the attribute product visibility into it's own column. Before this, it was shown in a cog, but this didn't allow bulk edits. Now if you click the columns button, each attribute will have it's own product visibility column; "Visible on the product page".

Bulk edit now supports selecting a base field for percentage and amount calculations. When editing a field with increase/decrease by percent or amount, you can choose another field as the calculation source.

For example, set sale price to regular price reduced by 10%: select "Sale price" as the field to edit, choose "Decrease value by percent (%)", enter "10", then select "Regular price" as the base field. The calculation uses the base field's value instead of the target field's current value, making bulk pricing updates faster.

Added the ability to pin columns, making it easier to view your data and stay informed of important information as you scroll.

Click filter icon on the column header and then pin or unpin columns, this can be applied to multiple columns.

You can now clone products via the Bulk Actions button. This makes it super easy to add similar products without the need to copy and paste.

Select the products, click Bulk Actions and then clone.

We’ve spent a bit of time on the media library screen where we’ve added search, pagination numbers and total media returned.

We hope this helps with selecting media within Setary.

We're excited to announce multiple workspace views. Originally we allowed custom columns show/hide and custom column order. This would persist every time you use Setary.

We've now released views where you can save multiple views and switch context at a click of a button. We've also incorporated filters, so you can save specific filters to your views.
